FIT Collective is a female-owned nonprofit organization (currently seeking 501(c)(3) status as Functional Integrative Therapeutics) dedicated to providing restorative, clinically supported retreat experiences for first responders and law enforcement.
FIT Collective provides intensive retreats utilizing emerging trends and somatic experiences through holistic reconnection to self, community, God, and nature.
FIT is especially committed to funding therapeutic space for first responders and veterans.
Offerings:
Clinical Retreats
For the same price of 8 individual therapy sessions, our clients will receive a four day clinical intensive experience, including lodging, fresh meals, exposure to holistic and somatic modalities, and contemplative spiritual practices.
Local Holistic Activities
Following the retreat experience, cohorts will be supported with local holistic activities facilitated by retreat staff.
Ongoing support
Dedicated monthly resources and therapeutic gatherings focused on sustainable professional longevity for those in public service.
